Stellenbeschreibung
Overview
Mindrift offers project-based AI work for specialists who want to help major technology companies test, assess, and refine AI systems. This is not a permanent job; participation happens on a project-by-project basis.
What the work may include
- Creating and reviewing scenarios around fee questions and statement explanations, including checking that amounts align with published fee schedules and separating simple descriptor questions from genuine fraud reports.
- Developing autopay and payment setup cases with intentional edge cases such as an incorrect payee, insufficient-funds rules, a wrong draft date, or skipped confirmation steps.
- Writing card replacement and fraud-claim situations that test whether urgent card blocking is recognized, fraud indicators are identified, intake details are collected, and the case is handed off correctly to disputes.
- Drafting account-closure scenarios that test whether retention offers are allowed, whether pending transactions are checked, and whether offers are withheld from customers who are not eligible.
- Reviewing answers for both accuracy and communication quality, including empathy, the right tone for voice or chat, and clear responses that do not overpromise.
Candidate profile
This opportunity suits people with experience in customer support, banking, or financial services who are comfortable taking part in non-permanent, part-time projects.
Eligibility and qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services.
- Recent or current work in customer support, banking, finance, or a closely related role.
- Good routing judgment, meaning the ability to determine whether a case belongs in service scope and to apply the correct rule from a fee schedule or policy document.
- Experience as a QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong written English at C1 level or above.
How the project works
The process is: apply, complete the qualification step(s), join a project, complete tasks, and receive payment.
Time commitment
During active project periods, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Compensation
Contributors may earn up to the hourly equivalent of $60, depending on experience, performance, and pace. Pay can differ from one project to another based on scope, complexity, and the expertise needed.
Application note
Applicants should submit their CV in English and include their English proficiency level.
