About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join FR8 Logistics in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The position requires proactive engagement with new leads and customers, clearly articulating our products and services to ensure comprehension and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and onboarding new customers by explaining the offerings effectively.
- Verifying and registering customer information within the company application.
- Maintaining ongoing contact with customers to nurture relationships and promote repeat business.
- Collaborating with senior team members to understand business targets and assist in achieving them.
- Developing and sustaining strong customer connections to secure ongoing business opportunities.
- Liaising with internal departments and transportation partners to ensure smooth load procurement.
- Efficiently managing multiple tasks while working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
