Role overview
In this position, you will be the main strategic partner for enterprise finance leaders, managing senior-level relationships and helping Sidetrade’s AI-powered solutions generate clear commercial outcomes such as faster cash collection, better process efficiency, and stronger long-term customer retention and growth.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts and build relationships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, Finance Directors, Shared Services leaders, and Transformation Leads.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Order-to-Cash and working capital strategy, using prior consulting experience to support customers through operational and organizational change.
- Convert AI insights, predictive analytics, and automation capabilities into understandable business outcomes tied to cash, DSO, productivity, and risk reduction.
- Develop and run value-focused success plans with clearly defined ROI, KPIs, and achievement measures that align with customer goals.
- Lead executive reviews, innovation sessions, and value realization workshops with customer teams.
- Work closely with the sales team on renewals, upselling, and expansion by building a strong commercial and value-driven story.
- Represent the customer internally and contribute feedback to Product and AI roadmap conversations based on enterprise use cases.
- Monitor customer health to spot adoption risks early and uncover opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or transformation roles focused on Order-to-Cash, working capital, or finance transformation.
- Background working with enterprise clients in complex environments with many stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including credit, collections, cash application, and dispute management, as well as the levers that affect working capital.
- Ability to measure and communicate business value and ROI to senior finance decision-makers.
- Strong business and consulting capabilities.
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to connect technology initiatives to financial results.
- Excellent executive communication skills across writing, speaking, and presentations.
- Comfort acting as a trusted advisor and, when necessary, challenging customers constructively.
- Experience handling several priorities at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interest in AI, analytics, and automation for finance operations.
- Ability to explain predictive scoring, prioritization, and automation in plain business language.
- Prior exposure to SaaS, data-led, or AI-enabled platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related subject.
- Open to occasional travel to customer locations.
