About the Role
Punch! is actively seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team characterized by thoughtful, personable, and open-minded professionals. This role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. It requires full availability during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate understands sales deeply—beyond basic account management, they grasp the entire SDR-to-closure sales cycle. Experience in sales development, pipeline management, and client engagement is essential. You will be responsible for overseeing client success, managing onboarding, conducting weekly client meetings, generating performance reports using HubSpot data, identifying risks proactively, and pursuing growth opportunities within accounts. Collaboration with the Sales Development Manager—who leads the SDR team—will be crucial to ensure clients receive continuous value.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding effectively with clear communication and adherence to timelines.
- Lead client meetings independently to build trust and secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Development Manager to align expectations and deliverables.
- Continuously monitor project scope and flag any risks to keep programs on track.
- Leverage HubSpot for data analysis and performance reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Use ClickUp or similar tools to manage workloads and track task progress across accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their objectives and uncovering opportunities for account growth.
- Work in partnership with the Client Services Director on retention strategies and contract renewals.
- Develop program strategies and optimizations informed by data and client feedback.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within sales or sales development agencies.
- Direct exposure to SDR functions or working alongside SDR teams.
- Experience within or managing clients in the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, particularly for reporting and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or comparable project management platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple client relationships simultaneously without oversight loss.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with all organizational levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Capability to manage scope and deadlines firmly while maintaining positive client relations.
