Role Overview
The position is best suited for an individual who enjoys engaging with people and is proactive in resolving concerns. The role centers on transforming customers into enthusiastic advocates while overseeing reception and customer service functions.
Primary Duties
- Supervise the customer center and reception team to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Develop the team's skills in media engagement.
- Warmly welcome patients who visit the clinic.
- Encourage the use of additional services such as dermatology, dental, and laser treatments tailored to patient requirements.
- Professionally advise and convince patients to accept doctor-recommended treatment plans and ensure follow-up.
- Manage communication across various channels—phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat—responding promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate responses regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to satisfy customer requirements.
- Enter and maintain data accurately across CRM and clinic management systems.
- Carry out reception responsibilities including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front desk management.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels while meeting targets for lead conversion and service quality.
Qualifications
- One to three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Dubai polyclinic setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong phone manners and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to multitask efficiently, organize duties, and prioritize workload effectively.
