Overview
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative for our Medina branch. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience by managing inquiries both in person and by phone. The team member will be responsible for delivering accurate service information, addressing and resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information about services offered.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly for tracking and future reference.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams to ensure resolution.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication channels with colleagues and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
- Offer constructive feedback to help refine and improve the customer service process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, skilled in managing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Strong dedication to maximizing customer satisfaction and fostering enduring positive relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in languages relevant to the Medina region.
- Professional phone etiquette, with active listening and respectful communication abilities.
- Competent in multitasking and maintaining organization within a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a calm and empathetic demeanor when dealing with complaints or difficult situations.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with customer service software or ticketing systems.
- Educationally, a high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory; additional education is a plus.
