Role Overview
We seek enthusiastic individuals committed to delivering exceptional customer service to automotive dealerships. The role involves handling inbound customer support communications via phone and email from clients and internal sales personnel, providing timely resolutions, and conducting product demonstrations and training. Candidates should bring a positive, innovative mindset with technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to first-level customer support inquiries through phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues efficiently or escalate as needed to sales, support managers, or technical teams.
- Maintain comprehensive and clear records of customer interactions in the case tracking system.
- Identify common customer issues and contribute to developing standardized solutions and knowledgebase content.
- Stay knowledgeable about company products and internal systems.
- Perform quality assurance on resolved cases assigned to developers and designers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma; college or university education is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
- Experience with ticketing or helpdesk software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems, plus basic networking knowledge.
- English language proficiency required; French language skills are an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Additional Information
