Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and concerns across email, phone, live chat, and social media channels.
• Help customers with orders, shipping updates, product information, and returns.
• Deliver careful, high-quality replies that match the company’s service standards.

Requirements

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing customer support in an online or remote setting.
• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify will be considered an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A flexible, solution-focused approach to work.

Technical Requirements

• A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or similar specification.
• Internet connectivity with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.

Additional Information

This is a remote role based in Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica. The job is offered on a full-time basis. The employer does not mention any stipend or salary amount.
