Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns across email, phone, live chat, and social media channels.
- Help customers with orders, shipping updates, product information, and returns.
- Deliver careful, high-quality replies that match the company’s service standards.
Requirements
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing customer support in an online or remote setting.
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify will be considered an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A flexible, solution-focused approach to work.
Technical Requirements
- A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or similar specification.
- Internet connectivity with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
