Yara Limited operates in Rwanda as a subsidiary of Yara Tanzania Limited under Fertilizers Holdings AS, Norway. Established in 2015, we focus on importing and selling fertilizers and developing market concepts that increase fertilizer usage among Rwandan farmers through education and improved distribution logistics. We are a leading supplier in Rwanda's government subsidy programs with tailored crop solutions and farmer capacity building.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner and ensure all order documentation is complete and compliant.
- Gather and report customer feedback weekly and actively participate in semi-annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys, following up on any arising actions.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly within 48 hours unless escalated for further action.
- Manage timely and accurate invoicing by printing and filing closed orders immediately and reviewing unbilled orders weekly to expedite closures.
- Ensure precision throughout the Order-to-Cash cycle and verify cheque payments against Local Purchase Orders before processing.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A university degree in business studies.
- At least three years of professional experience within the supply chain or logistics functions in a global organization.
- Proficiency in Kinyarwanda, French, and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical abilities and goal-oriented motivation.
