Role Overview
This role calls for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis at the Doha location. The primary responsibilities will include managing customer queries, delivering exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and continually improving the customer experience.
Location and Requirements
The position is onsite in Qatar and applicants must currently reside in the country. The role requires immediate joining. Candidates should have between one and three years of experience and must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
Key Qualifications
- Solid skills in customer service and support
- Fluent proficiency in Arabic is mandatory
- Background in enhancing customer satisfaction and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Capable of working well under pressure in fast-paced scenarios
- Familiarity with AI-based services is advantageous
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional related education considered a plus
Compensation
The offered monthly salary for this position is QAR 3,000.
