Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive dedicated to handling inbound calls for the PhonePe service. The ideal candidate will engage directly with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate guidance and solutions related to PhonePe products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and questions regarding PhonePe offerings.
- Deliver precise information and effective assistance to customers.
Eligibility and Skills
- Must be a graduate.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule
Male employees will work rotational shifts from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM with any 9-hour schedule. Female employees will be assigned day shifts up to 8:00 PM, also for any 9-hour duration. Weekly off days rotate accordingly.
Compensation
The total monthly compensation is ₹22,000, with an approximate take-home salary of ₹15,000.
Location
The position is based in Vadodara at Cross Roads, Manjalpur, Gujarat 390011.
