Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to manage customer service operations for our e-commerce brand. This full-time, remote position involves addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction across multiple digital communication platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
- Resolve order-related concerns and manage customer complaints efficiently.
- Liaise with courier and shipping partners to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with all customers.
- Update customer records and monitor order statuses regularly.
Prerequisites
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Ownership of a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet access.
- Fundamental knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping processes.
- Responsible with the ability to respond swiftly to customer requests.
Additional Details
- Employment Type: Full-time work from home with flexible working hours.
- Compensation: ₹5,000 per month with an additional ₹2,000 performance-based incentive.
