About Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine
Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) is a physician-led specialty health care provider focused on delivering evidence-based, personalized treatment for individuals experiencing chronic pelvic pain. Approximately 15-25% of both men and women endure pelvic discomfort; in the US, chronic pelvic pain affects 28 million women, with estimates projecting this number to rise to 43.6 million by 2050 according to NICHD. PRM’s mission is to reduce the duration and impact of pelvic pain symptoms by offering a unique outpatient, minimally invasive ultrasound-guided treatment approach, recognized as the first of its kind nationwide. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, PRM has experienced rapid growth, attracting patients domestically and internationally and gaining recognition from the investment community for expansion opportunities.
Role Overview
We are seeking a methodical and organized Credentialing Specialist to join our operations team remotely from within the US. This role involves managing the credentialing process for healthcare providers by reviewing applications for privileges, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. You will interact with providers through multiple communication channels, handle re-credentialing for physicians and CRNAs, and support special projects and process improvement efforts. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and be proficient with credentialing software and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Review and process provider privilege applications thoroughly.
- Ensure timely completion of credentialing tasks by adhering to strict deadlines.
- Evaluate provider credentialing files for completeness, accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies or updates.
- Address provider inquiries via letters, phone calls, or internal communications promptly.
- Manage the re-credentialing procedures for Physicians and CRNAs.
- Comply with HIPAA rules and maintain confidentiality.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in provider credentialing roles.
- Familiarity with credentialing and enrollment software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to perform well in a high-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.

Salary and Benefits
The position offers an annual salary in the range of $55,000 to $60,000, equating to $24 to $28 per hour. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, flexible spending accounts, and potential for higher income.
