Role Overview
We seek a Creator Marketing Director skilled in launching creator and influencer programs that fuel business growth. The role combines creative leadership with sophisticated data analysis and reporting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct influencer and creator marketing initiatives from conceptualization through to execution across various client portfolios.
- Act as the principal liaison for clients regarding creator marketing efforts, delivering strategy presentations, campaign analytics, and strategic advice.
- Supervise influencer campaigns executed by junior staff to guarantee quality and exemplary client service.
- Develop and manage creator sourcing strategies leveraging leading platforms and tools.
- Create and maintain intricate campaign tracking systems using advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionalities, such as formulas and pivot tables.
- Perform in-depth creator performance analyses to identify not only outcomes but underlying causes and paths to improvement month-over-month.
- Provide actionable recommendations enabling clients to expand their creator marketing programs aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to oversee user-generated content (UGC) production, ensuring alignment with TikTok, Meta, and YouTube advertising standards.
- Advise on creator content licensing, usage rights, whitelisting, and paid content amplification strategies.
- Continually assess and enhance the toolkit for creator technology covering sourcing, reporting, campaign management, and analytics.
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize sourcing, reporting, campaign coordination, contracts, and insights workflows.
- Keep abreast of emerging platform trends, best practices in creator marketing, and novel technologies to elevate agency output.
Candidate Profile
- 6 to 8+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing or creator partnership roles, ideally within an agency environment.
- A track record of managing multiple client accounts and effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of building scalable reporting frameworks using formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Extensive knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, including organic and paid creator content strategies.
- Experience managing UGC initiatives supporting paid social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to derive strategic insights from data.
- Hands-on experience applying AI techniques to enhance workflows, reporting, sourcing, and campaign operations within creator marketing.
- Informed perspective on creator marketing platforms and the ability to assess and integrate new technologies.
- Highly organized, proactive, naturally inquisitive, with a continuous improvement mindset for both programs and processes.
