Role Overview

This Creative Producer position is a fixed-term contract lasting six months and requires an immediate start. The role involves a mix of in-person shoots and remote work, with a focus on deliverables rather than fixed desk hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing fresh ideas, formats, and campaigns for YouTube that connect authentically with football enthusiasts and general internet users.
• Pitching new creative concepts and enhancing existing formats with strong social engagement.
• Managing the entire production process, including concept creation, casting, pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production management.
• Collaborating closely with talent, crew, and editors to ensure timely and quality content delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• A highly creative individual capable of generating and pitching compelling content ideas regularly.
• In-depth knowledge of football culture and internet trends, with the ability to understand fans' evolving interests.
• Three to five years of practical experience producing branded or entertainment video content, preferably with a focus on YouTube.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain composure and attention to detail under pressure on set.
• Proficient in planning and directing shoots as well as managing post-production workflows.
• Experience working in a media agency or production environment is advantageous.
• Comfortable producing content tailored for an 18+ audience linked to a betting brand, ensuring responsible production practices.
• Based in London with the capability to travel to various shoot locations within and around the city.
