About the Role
skinBe Med Spa is hiring a Creative Director for its Chesterfield, Missouri location. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys purposeful work, contributes to a positive team culture, and helps shape strong client experiences through marketing and creative execution.
The practice focuses on anti-aging and wellness services, including body contouring and sexual wellness solutions. The team aims to deliver safe, modern treatments while making clients feel supported, respected, and confident in the care they receive.
What You’ll Do
This role combines creative leadership, marketing execution, social media content, brand support, and event coordination. You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to strengthen the brand, grow engagement, and support ongoing campaigns across digital and in-person channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for social channels so the content stays aligned with the brand vision.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify campaign opportunities and act as the main contact for influencer-related work.
- Handle marketing execution across multiple needs and initiatives.
- Plan and support events, including production tasks.
- Maintain and improve the website, including design updates and ongoing upkeep.
- Produce original, high-quality photo, video, graphic, and written content for social platforms to increase engagement, awareness, and follower retention.
- Develop strong concepts that support digital and social strategy while staying consistent with brand standards.
- Capture content and enhance it through graphic design, photo editing, copywriting, and video editing as needed.
- Build monthly social content calendars with internal partners.
- Track platform trends and identify topics that connect with the target audience.
- Monitor social and cultural conversations to spot timely content opportunities.
- Support growth in audience engagement and follower counts.
- Help with brand health reporting and share performance updates on organic social media activity.
- Communicate timelines, progress, and results to internal stakeholders.
- Support community outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Take on special projects and other assigned duties.
- Work independently in a fast-moving digital media environment.
Required Background
Candidates must bring at least 3 years of experience in creative and marketing work. The ideal applicant should already have a strong grasp of med spa services and be comfortable learning new offerings when needed.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability.
- Comfort with technology, computers, and software tools.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to protect sensitive and confidential information.
- Confidence working on social media and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Botox/neuromodulators, fillers, PRP, body contouring, and skin care services.
- Ability to work well with clients and staff in a respectful, friendly manner.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Understanding of advertising and communication best practices.
- Familiarity with social marketing tools such as Canva, Sprout, Hootsuite, and Sprinklr is preferred.
- Awareness of current trends on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram is preferred.
