Role Overview

The Country Manager & Co-Founder for KSA will spearhead establishment of all local operations and assemble a high-performing team. They will drive business development efforts aiming at market leadership, assuming full accountability for the venture’s success and shares in its equity. Collaboration with the Middle East regional management team is essential.

Qualifications & Skills

Exceptional academic credentials, ideally an MBA from a premier institution
Experience in top-tier consulting, venture capital, private equity, or startups
Demonstrable personal, academic, and professional excellence
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities, including business process design and P&L management
Familiarity with internet and e-commerce sectors advantageous
Independence, agility, geographic flexibility, and international exposure
Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to excel in dynamic fast-paced settings

Preferred Experience

6 or more years of professional experience
Background working with dentists, medical professionals, or within the beauty and health sectors
Fluency in English and Arabic languages
