Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter specializing in the Data Center sector to join our expanding team. This critical position involves identifying, attracting, and staffing top-level technical and leadership professionals within some of the fastest-growing global markets. You'll collaborate closely with clients involved in AI, energy, and digital infrastructure to build efficient teams responsible for designing, constructing, and managing large-scale data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients' Hiring Managers, Talent Leaders, and Executives to understand their recruitment objectives and workforce plans.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, negotiating offers, and finalizing hires.
• Create targeted talent search strategies to reach highly specialized candidates within data center development, construction, commissioning, engineering, and operations.
• Develop robust candidate pipelines across technical, operational, and leadership roles on a global scale.
• Provide expert guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and strategic hiring advice as a trusted consultant.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience while maintaining efficient and high-quality hiring processes.
• Collaborate with the NuPeople team to innovate and enhance recruitment methodologies, tools, and client service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated recruiting expertise preferably in Data Center, Mission Critical, Construction, or Infrastructure industries.
• Successful experience filling both technical and leadership roles within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in sourcing, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management capabilities with clients.
• Adept at adapting to rapidly changing priorities in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
• Committed to advancing recruitment from a transactional task to a strategic business advantage.
