Key Duties
You will play an important role in supporting the team and ensuring a professional client experience. The position involves a mix of reception, administration, and service delivery tasks.
- Provide office administration support and assist clients as needed
- Manage client onboarding, nurture ongoing relationships, and help deliver services smoothly
- Respond to client questions and requests, and address issues promptly and professionally

- Support day-to-day office operations, including mail processing, banking, filing, and general admin work
