Role overview

An established global investment management firm is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support its Institutional Sales function on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with the possibility of continued employment after the initial term. The role sits within a boutique Sydney office in a respected financial services environment and offers an immediate start.

You will work closely with the Head of Institutional Sales and other senior colleagues in a fast-moving setting where discretion, accuracy, and strong judgment matter. This is an important support role that helps senior stakeholders stay organised and operate efficiently.

Compensation

Key responsibilities

  • Manage busy diaries, calendars, and meeting schedules for senior executives to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
  • Organise domestic and overseas travel, including bookings, itineraries, accommodation, and expense coordination.
  • Draft and format presentations, proposals, reports, and other meeting documents.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, workshops, and conferences, covering logistics, agendas, materials, catering, and communication with vendors.
  • Support special initiatives and cross-functional workstreams as needed.
