Role Overview
The candidate will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual communication materials that reinforce the company’s brand identity across both internal and external platforms. Responsibilities include leading creative design efforts, developing marketing collateral, managing exhibition and event branding, and ensuring uniformity in all brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing and high-quality creative assets for various channels such as digital, print, marketing campaigns, branding, and internal communications.
- Create brochures, presentations, annual reports, newsletters, social media graphics, advertisements, event branding items, and promotional materials.
- Conceptualize innovative visual themes aligned with business, marketing, and corporate communication goals.
- Maintain consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication outputs, enhancing and preserving the corporate visual identity across diverse media and audiences.
- Support employer and corporate branding initiatives through effective design solutions.
- Lead full lifecycle exhibition and stall design projects including concept ideation, theme development, spatial planning, graphic creation, and branding implementation.
- Collaborate with vendors, agencies, fabricators, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality standards.
- Supervise onsite branding activities to guarantee smooth execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and company events.
- Partner with marketing, HR, business units, and external agencies to translate communication objectives into impactful visual solutions.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality expectations.
- Oversee production coordination including artwork creation, printing, and fabrication processes.
- Review proofs, layouts, and final outputs to ensure precision and quality compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with creative agencies, printing partners, and production vendors.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or related fields. Professional certifications in graphic or visual communication are advantageous.
- Work Experience: Between 3 to 8 years in Corporate Communications, Creative Design, Branding, Advertising, Marketing Communications, or Exhibition Design. Experience handling corporate branding and large exhibition projects is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and MS PowerPoint. Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Creative thinking, visual storytelling, brand design expertise, exhibition and event branding experience, project and vendor management, acute attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, strong communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
