Role overview
As a Cookie Crew team member at the 13th Street shop in Philadelphia, you’ll be the first friendly face customers meet when they walk in, while also helping prepare the brand’s signature warm cookies and ice cream treats.

What you’ll do
- Welcome guests quickly, take orders accurately, and follow store procedures.
- Explain menu items, answer customer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy.
- Create a friendly in-store and phone experience for every customer.
- Bake cookies to the right standard and serve ice cream as needed.
- Prepare delivery orders so they leave the store promptly, warm, and correct.
- Count and handle cash and card payments carefully, with no cash differences.
- Keep the bakery clean, sanitized, and well maintained.

What we’re looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- A friendly, genuine, outgoing personality.
- A strong focus on customer service and a willingness to go beyond expectations.
- Good communication, organization, and basic math ability.
- Ability to lift product boxes weighing up to 40 lb.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
