Role Overview
The Cook plays a central role in restaurant operations. In this position, you will prepare fresh, high-quality food, use your judgement to solve kitchen challenges, and contribute your knowledge of bold Mexican flavours. The role involves working with fresh ingredients to deliver consistently strong food for both new and returning guests.
What We’re Looking For
Previous kitchen experience is useful, but it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate is someone who is open to coaching, keen to learn, and prepared to put in the effort. A dependable person with a positive, can-do approach will suit this role well.
