Role Overview

We are establishing a new control centre and seek multiple Control Room Operators to join this innovative initiative. The role involves real-time surveillance of telematics and incident alerts through our In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) to promote fleet safety, ensure driver welfare, and enforce compliance.

The control room is presently located in Dandenong, Victoria, with plans to move to Melbourne's CBD later this year. Operators will work a rotating 4-week schedule including day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional communication with drivers, supervisors, and operations teams.
  • Monitor and promptly respond to live IVMS alerts following established protocols.
  • Provide immediate support to operational leaders during incident escalations.
  • Quickly and accurately escalate critical incidents.
