Content Specialist II - Digital Studios

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist experienced in Digital 2D Image, Video, and 3D content creation, as well as Generative AI content generation, virtual production, and innovative hybrid customer experience (CX) projects. The role focuses on delivering engaging and cutting-edge experiences through 3D and Gen-AI technologies tailored for e-commerce platforms. This position also involves mentoring team members on new production methodologies ensuring these practices are scalable and compatible across all existing production platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for Generative AI-driven content generation and virtual production ventures.
• Manage hybrid CX experiments to foster innovative e-commerce solutions.
• Provide frontline technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Enhance content development processes balancing high quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with artists and team members to highlight automation and efficiency opportunities in current workflows.
• Identify and implement innovative workflow improvements.
• Offer perspectives on content strategies that emphasize sustainability and scalability.
• Partner with Art leadership to define and disseminate technical best practices.
• Document and periodically update development workflows and procedures.
• Conduct research to recommend ongoing workflow enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on macOS, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in 2D Image/Video editing, Gen-AI content development, virtual production, or related domains.

Preferred Experience

• Background in e-commerce, search, social media, and related applications with understanding of their UX patterns.
• Experience in photorealistic production environments.
