About the Role
Join evolv Consulting as a dedicated Consultant specializing in Large Language Models (LLM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate as a Product Owner within agile Scrum teams, coordinating efforts among product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate machine learning technologies effectively.
- Design, architect, and deploy advanced conversational AI models, emphasizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for enhanced information access and generation.
- Implement advanced vector databases and indexing strategies to support efficient retrieval mechanisms in conversational AI.
- Customize and optimize large language models like Cohere to fit applications in technology and construction & utilities sectors.
- Apply state-of-the-art NLP, NLU, and NLG methods to continually improve conversational AI product capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed machine learning solutions into scalable, reliable production environments.
- Stay informed on the latest advances in AI, NLP, and machine learning research to maintain competitive edge and foster innovation.
- Ensure successful project delivery with emphasis on meeting client satisfaction, deliverables, and fostering ongoing business relationships.
- Maintain high operational standards by consistently achieving utilization targets and contributing to evolv’s positive workplace culture through active participation and collaboration.
- Support company growth by referring potential team members and clients and engaging with internal networks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within software development utilizing Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not explicitly required.
- Thorough understanding and practical application of Agile frameworks and principles.
- Experience in launching new technologies or upgrading existing technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-centric, data-driven solutions including dashboards, APIs, and real-time alerts.
- Familiarity with procurement, expense management, and treasury processes.
