Role Summary

We seek an enthusiastic Concierge Team Leader eager to enhance expertise in a luxury hotel environment. You will lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences and oversee the concierge desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts at the concierge desk to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist guests at arrival, departure, and throughout their stay with exceptional service.
• Provide expert local insights and actively promote hotel facilities to foster guest loyalty and upsell services.
• Lead your team to consistently elevate guest satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure thorough follow-ups and resolve guest needs.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates demonstrate an outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service. Flexibility is essential to accommodate varied shifts across seven days, including early mornings and late nights. A focus on quality, presentation, and a drive for career advancement in hospitality are key. You will be approachable, a collaborative team player with creative problem-solving skills, and able to multitask effectively.

Qualifications

• Possess a full New Zealand driver's license.
• Exhibit impeccable personal presentation and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Display leadership abilities to guide and inspire your team.
