Job Overview
Aunster Trading Company is seeking a capable Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to manage and maintain computer systems effectively. The role involves overseeing system operations, addressing errors, and ensuring data security for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Set up controls on computers and attached devices, respond to errors promptly, and keep detailed logs of job executions.
- Identify frequent problems, apply solutions to minimize or remove them, and collaborate with IT staff and supervisors to devise effective resolutions.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on both hardware and software components, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate inventories of equipment, and order necessary supplies and hardware to support operations.
- Ensure all client systems remain secure and maintain privacy protocols at all times.
Additional Information
The position is based in Jalandhar, Punjab, India, offering a monthly salary between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
