Key Responsibilities

• Analyze compliance materials such as advertisements, notices, and policies against specific regulations, precisely citing relevant subsections or identifying violations.
• Prepare detailed false-positive sanction alert case reports including escalation protocols.
• Create, evaluate, and document compliance testing scenarios, including sample selection and final examiner-ready summaries.
• Identify gaps in internal policies where regulatory requirements are absent, contradictory, or outdated.
• Maintain strict accuracy in regulatory citations, referencing exact subsections without approximation or fabrication.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• At least two years of experience in compliance, auditing, legal services, risk management, or financial sectors.
• Hands-on experience in current or recent compliance, regulatory affairs, financial crimes, or similar areas.
• Exceptional diligence in citation accuracy, consistently identifying exact regulatory subsections rather than approximating.
• Certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent credentials are advantageous; former regulatory examiner or inspector experience is valued.
• Advanced written English skills at C1 level or higher.

Engagement Process & Time Commitment

Interested candidates submit their CVs in English, specifying English proficiency. After passing relevant qualification assessments, contributors join projects and complete assigned tasks. Active phases typically require 10–20 hours per week, although workload is subject to project demands and not guaranteed.

Compensation Details
