About the role

This role is for a senior HR business partner with deep expertise in compensation and benefits. You will operate as both a strategic adviser to business leaders and a hands-on driver of organization design, leadership capability, and performance culture. A major part of the position is shaping the total rewards approach so it supports long-term, sustainable business growth.

The right candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, the ability to scale people practices in growing organizations, and a track record of improving leadership effectiveness and workforce outcomes.

Key responsibilities

You will partner with senior leaders to connect people strategy with business priorities, turn complex goals into practical execution plans, and provide guidance on organization design, talent decisions, and performance-related matters.

On the compensation side, you will create and maintain salary bands, job grading structures, and broader compensation frameworks. You will also carry out market pricing and salary benchmarking, lead the annual review, bonus, and incentive processes, and support recommendations around promotions, retention, and offers. Maintaining internal pay fairness and consistency with the company’s performance approach will also be part of the role.

For benefits and total rewards, you will manage employee programs such as insurance, wellness, leave, and retirement plans. You will evaluate and improve these offerings to strengthen employee experience and retention, while working with brokers, insurers, and other vendors on renewals and administration. You will also help employees understand and engage with the total rewards package through communication and education initiatives.

In addition, you will help build the capability of the internal HR team by developing HRBP and compensation skill sets, setting clear goals and development plans, and contributing to a commercially minded HR function.

You will also ensure HR practices remain aligned, consistent, and scalable across different markets and business units.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to both HR business partnering and compensation & benefits work. Prior experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams is essential.

Strong knowledge of organization design, performance management, and compensation framework development is required. Candidates from compensation consulting backgrounds will also be considered.

Experience in fast-moving or scaling environments, ideally within the technology sector, is preferred. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are important, along with a strategic mindset and a practical, hands-on approach.
