About the Role
We are looking to hire a skilled Company Secretary to ensure regulatory and statutory adherence via the MCA Portal. This role involves handling company secretarial duties while complying with the relevant corporate laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, and other legal frameworks.
- Organize and manage board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM).
- Maintain and update statutory records and registers properly.
- Provide advice on corporate governance, compliance protocols, and board processes.
- Act as a liaison with government regulators, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee secretarial functions related to company incorporations, modifications, and dissolutions.
- Review, prepare, and draft company documents, contracts, and agreements.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified (ACS/IACS), semi-qualified, dropouts, or trainees with at least 2 years of company secretarial experience preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong potential are also eligible to apply.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and related corporate laws.
- Excellent skills in communication, document drafting, and interpersonal interaction.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and company secretarial software suites.
- Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
