Job description

Role Overview

As a Community Executive, you will serve as the primary liaison for all members, aiming to cultivate a strong community spirit through exceptional operational support. Your role involves being the welcoming face at the location, assisting members with their concerns, and fostering a productive environment for networking and work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, defect-free office environment by performing daily walkthroughs and coordinating necessary maintenance.
  • Assist in scheduling member move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide warm welcomes and farewells to members and visitors, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Build strong relationships with members by collecting company information and preferences to improve service and sales interactions.
  • Support the Centre Manager in implementing improvements to increase operational efficiency, sales, and member satisfaction.
  • Manage concierge duties including handling calls, emails, and member mail and packages promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with IT, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping vendors to meet office needs efficiently.
  • Organize community programs to promote networking and member engagement, including event facilitation and communications.
  • Promote usage of the members’ platform and network portal to encourage participation.
  • Oversee key card distribution and access control to maintain security within the building and office.
  • Research and understand member needs to tailor sales pitches and upsell workspace solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages like coffee, tea, and specialty drinks for members and guests.
  • Refer prospective or current members to other office locations as appropriate.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication in all follow-ups in line with company standards.
  • Assist in developing and executing lead generation and sales strategies to maintain full occupancy.
  • Engage with local organizations and participate in networking events to promote the office and identify potential members.
  • Prepare sales reports including daily and weekly summaries of prospects for office meetings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Open to candidates without prior experience; experienced applicants may be considered for senior roles.
  • Demonstrated skills in objection handling, prospecting, and negotiation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Required to wear provided uniform during working hours.
