We are looking for an energetic and proactive Community Director to lead operations at our luxury apartment community, Reserve at Nocatee, located in Ponte Vedra, FL. Join an outstanding team within the property management industry.

Responsibilities
This role is accountable for the overall success and performance of the community. Key duties include overseeing and directing the onsite sales and operations team, steering leasing and marketing initiatives, conducting market analyses, managing resident relations, and preparing and managing the property’s budget.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated a strong proactive approach alongside proven success in marketing, sales, and operational leadership within the hospitality, property management, or retail service sectors.
Essential capabilities include leadership experience with sales and operations management, talent recruiting and hiring, team development, coaching, mentoring, goal setting, and performance evaluation.
Experience in new business startup or lease-up situations as well as managing ongoing sales and operations is required.
Strong financial acumen is necessary, including skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Ability to thrive and lead effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment is critical.
Multitasking skills and adherence to deadlines are important, as well as professional communication with colleagues, residents, vendors, and corporate personnel.
A passion for delivering superior customer service aimed at maximizing resident satisfaction and retention is expected.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required; familiarity with One Site software is preferred but not mandatory.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate and willingness to travel occasionally for training and business meetings.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related disciplines is preferred.
