What You Will Do

• Support the preparation and cooking of dishes to premium standards.
• Accurately follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating expectations.
• Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene practices.
• Assist with stock handling, mise en place, and kitchen readiness.
• Carry out kitchen duties professionally and help resolve day-to-day issues.
• Support both opening and closing procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience working as a Commis Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting.
• Strong interest in cooking, food quality, and culinary craftsmanship.
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation methods, and hygiene standards.
• Good teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Ability to stay effective during busy service periods and under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Comfortable communicating in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
