Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality bakery dishes and menu items accurately following designated recipes and standards.

• Handle complex recipes expertly, maintain extensive knowledge of menu offerings, and oversee your station including quality control and inventory verification.
• Inspect all food preparations and plated items before serving to uphold quality and presentation standards.
• Keep your work area clean, well-stocked, and sanitary by adhering to strict food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Request necessary supplies and food ingredients in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
• Adhere rigorously to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to promote the well-being of guests and team members.
