Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing processes and oversee credit control, including issuing credit and debit notes.
• Administer all duties related to the Central Excise Department.
• Monitor payments diligently and maintain records.
• Engage with clients for reconciliation of receivables and update statements accordingly.
• Collect payments and C forms from clients.
• Conduct weekly reviews of orders received, orders lost, MIS submissions, and pending items.
• Gather feedback from staff concerning the status of offers and update data in Tally software.
• Closely track budget plans and actual achievements on a weekly basis.
• Record and update all received orders systematically.
• Coordinate with clients for amendments, inspection and general arrangement approvals, shipment clearance, and release procedures.
• Forward orders to the Head Office with a comprehensive checklist.
• Perform ageing analysis for receivables.
• Monitor credit supplies rigorously and follow up on payments, including overseeing bank guarantees (ABG/PBG).
