About the Role
Skyrise Credit And Marketing Limited is seeking a Collection Team Leader for their Delhi office. The role is full-time and based on-site, focusing on debt recovery and client coordination within a desk job environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle collection calls and maintain direct communication with clients.
- Keep accurate records of follow-ups and address any customer queries.
- Support the financial recovery process strictly from an office setting.
Requirements and Eligibility
Applicants should have prior experience between 1 to 2 years in customer communication and recovery follow-ups. Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. The position requires strong discipline and confidence when interacting with clients.
Compensation
