Role Overview
Joining as a Co-Founder means playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and daily operations. Located in Vijayawada, this full-time, on-site position requires proactive engagement with various business functions including sales, marketing, customer and partner relations, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers and partners.
- Monitor financial aspects such as performance metrics and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform decisions concerning product offerings and expansion.
- Manage small teams and establish operational procedures.
- Collaborate on brand development, process enhancements, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and guide business decisions.
