Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Co-Founder position based in Dubai is central to defining FlowTwin’s direction, shaping the product strategy, and positioning the company in the industrial AI and CFD solutions space. The role requires close collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders to clarify the company’s value proposition, strengthen customer relationships, and support the rollout of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will help steer product development, support business growth activities, meet with clients, and contribute to presentations and relationship-building. You will also guide research work so it stays aligned with real market needs, assist in forming and leading a strong team, manage strategic partnerships, and take part in fundraising and operational decisions.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong analytical and research capabilities to understand industrial process systems and identify business opportunities. Clear, persuasive communication is important for working with clients, partners, investors, and internal teams. You should also have practical knowledge of sales and marketing, especially for shaping go-to-market plans, generating leads, and closing important accounts.
Familiarity with CFD, machine learning, AI deployment, or industrial engineering settings is preferred. The company is looking for someone with leadership experience in early-stage or scaling ventures, including team building and strategic planning. Since the role is on-site, candidates must be able to work from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
