Role Overview

The CNC Operator will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality components using CNC lathe machines. This role demands precision, adherence to specifications, and quality workmanship to sustain manufacturing operations. The operator will interpret technical blueprints, follow machining programs accurately, and uphold stringent safety and organizational standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe machinery to produce components according to work orders and engineering plans.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications, including geometrical dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Comply with machine settings, reference planes, and engineering-specified technical requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections aligned with CNC quality control standards, using SPS charts to schedule checks and gauges.
• Measure and verify part dimensions and tolerances utilizing appropriate tools to ensure conformity before approval.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the manufacturing area, adhering to company housekeeping policies.
• Ensure proper storage of tools and materials after use.

Candidate Qualifications

• Educational background of vocational degree or higher secondary education in relevant fields such as Machine Operation, Industrial Technology, or Tool and Die Making.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and diagrams.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC machinery.
• Strong material knowledge coupled with competent skills in measurement and inspection techniques.
