CLM Functional Consultant

Role overview

We are looking for a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Functional Consultant who can connect business needs with the technology used to automate them. In this position, you will take the lead in setting up CLM platforms and support clients as they move from project kickoff through to a successful go-live.

What you will do

• Set up CLM solutions such as Icertis, Agiloft, or ContractPodAI so they address specific business challenges for clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, making sure requirements are captured correctly and implemented well.
• Lead functional checks and user acceptance testing to confirm the platform works reliably before launch.
• Support client onboarding by delivering training and preparing documentation that helps teams adopt the system successfully.

Experience and working style

• The role calls for 3 to 6 years of experience in CLM implementation or legal tech consulting.
• You should be able to convert business rules into platform configuration and system logic with confidence.
• A strong consultative approach, clear communication, and problem-solving ability are important in high-pressure environments.
• You should be comfortable handling multiple projects in a global, cross-functional setup and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates with a Diploma in IT.
