Clinical Pharmacist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at a prominent aesthetic clinic in Delhi-NCR. This role involves management of pharmaceuticals, patient interaction, and assisting medical staff during various procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with pharmaceutical suppliers for ordering and financial transactions related to medication stock.
• Dispense medicines accurately to patients and maintain meticulous records of stock and billing using Pharmacy E-Marg software.
• Maintain patient records including photographs, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist doctors during procedures such as hair transplants, minor plastic surgeries, dermatosurgeries, laser, and aesthetic treatments.
• Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after treatments, and manage post-procedure care and follow-up schedules.
• Offer professional and compassionate support to patients, guiding them through pre and post-procedural instructions.
• Support clinic operations including patient appointments, billing, and coordination with clinic staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Execute front-desk roles as necessary, handling appointment bookings, payments, and patient inflow.
• Ensure accurate documentation of treatments, consumables, and medical details.
• Additional tasks as assigned including handling patient photographs and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Basic ability to perform blood draws for PRP and IV cannulation is advantageous.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales is essential.
• Minimum 1 year of exposure to pharmacy management software, preferably E-Marg.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for record management.
