Clinical Application Specialist

Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Success & Application Trainer to foster effective adoption and use of their Clinical Imaging AI solutions among healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical, hands-on training on clinical imaging applications to radiologists, sonographers, cardiologists, clinicians, and related healthcare staff after deployment.
• Create and update comprehensive training materials including programs, user manuals, quick reference guides, and onboarding documents for the AI imaging portfolio.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure clients transition smoothly from implementation to everyday clinical operation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Applications, and Technical Support teams during system go-live to facilitate successful adoption.
• Perform clinical workflow evaluations to understand client processes and customize training approaches accordingly.
• Serve as the main clinical contact post-sales by addressing application-related queries and working with technical teams for rapid issue resolution.
• Track and analyze customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction, proactively seeking ways to enhance engagement and success.
• Assist in product demos, workshops, and Proof of Concept sessions by providing expert clinical and application insights.
• Collect client feedback and relay suggestions for product improvements to Product Management and Sales departments.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers and key client stakeholders to support ongoing success.
