About the Role
Shri Kalyan Punji Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join their team located at Nexus Spaces, Vishal Astra First Floor 103, AB Rd, Scheme No. 54, Satya Sai Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh – 452010. This role is tied to managing customer interactions aligned with personal loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through a CRM system to handle inquiries.
- Assess and comprehend the loan needs of customers.
- Provide clear explanations about personal loan offerings.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients showing interest.
- Gather and verify necessary documents for loan processing.
- Liaise effectively with the backend team to facilitate loan procedures.
- Ensure smooth loan disbursement and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed education at 12th grade level or higher including undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
