About CELINE

Role Impact and Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives along with consignment targets.
- Leverage comprehensive knowledge of products during sales to enhance transaction volume and value.
- Comply strictly with all corporate policies.
- Accurately collect and record customer details into the company database.
- Promote store events through direct communication channels such as emails, calls, and personalized notes.
- Build and maintain an extensive client portfolio.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all client-related concerns, including shipping and alterations.
- Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and the brand’s visual standards.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum three years' experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly adapt to various software applications.
- A client book is highly advantageous.
- Strong passion for luxury products and design aesthetics.
- Customer-service oriented with a demonstrated ability to focus on client needs.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
