The position focuses on overseeing, fine-tuning, and supporting network infrastructure built on Cisco Meraki technologies. Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and administer Meraki-based network environments, covering wireless, switching, and security devices.
• Keep an eye on network health, identify faults, and resolve issues to maintain stability and performance.
• Work with internal IT teams to connect Meraki solutions with the existing technology landscape.
• Support users and staff through technical guidance and training on Meraki tools and recommended practices.
• Carry out recurring network reviews and audits to spot gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Track updates in Cisco Meraki products and broader networking trends to suggest better solutions.
• Maintain clear records of network settings, workflows, and operating procedures for future use.

Technical requirements

• Deep working knowledge of Cisco Meraki platforms, including the Meraki Dashboard, MR access points, MS switches, and MX security appliances.
• Strong capability in network architecture, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using monitoring tools and methods to improve network performance.
• Good understanding of core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
• Strong analytical ability with careful attention to detail.
• Background in cloud-based networking solutions is preferred.
• Awareness of network security practices and supporting tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation for network administration is preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications and eligibility

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. This role is open to any graduate, and candidates must bring 3 to 5 years of practical experience working with Cisco Meraki products and implementations. The ideal person should have a record of successfully managing and deploying networks, and be able to perform well both independently and in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment.
