Overview
Vinaykali Cafe Point is seeking a skilled Chef specialized in Chinese and Continental cuisines to enhance our culinary team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role demands a professional who can consistently prepare delicious dishes while upholding high kitchen standards and contributing to menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently prepare Chinese and Continental dishes with maintained quality and flavor.
- Uphold strict kitchen cleanliness and adhere to all food safety regulations.
- Oversee food preparation processes, presentation, and maintain inventory control.
- Ensure prompt meal service while collaborating effectively with the kitchen staff.
- Contribute to menu development and enhancements as necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Chinese and Continental cuisine.
- Strong expertise and understanding of Chinese and Continental cooking techniques.
- Capability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a positive work ethic.
- Reliability through punctuality and responsible work habits.
