About the Role

Park Community Credit Union is looking for a visionary executive to join as Chief Strategy and Capital Officer (CSCO) in Louisville, KY. As a key member of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, the CSCO will design and implement the organization's enterprise financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term growth plans. This pivotal role combines deep financial expertise with strategic leadership to propel the credit union's mission-driven objectives, leveraging data insights and future-focused analysis to enhance decision-making and enterprise performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise financial strategy and capital planning, including capital deployment, optimization, and long-range forecasting such as ECIP strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant financial leadership experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s plus certification such as CPA.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required.
  • Proficient with accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing software; experience with banking data systems preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate effectively across multiple levels and departments.
