Role Overview

Ledikeni Sweets & Savouries is searching for a proactive and results-driven Chain Supervisor to oversee all operational aspects across multiple sweet shop branches. The position requires managing daily store activities, boosting revenue growth, and maintaining efficient control over inventory, finances, and personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain constant oversight of stock quantities at each location on a daily basis.
• Identify and communicate any inventory shortages immediately to avoid disruption in sales.
• Accurately conduct cash register operations and audits ensuring financial precision.
• Identify and develop new business-to-business leads, including corporate clients, events, and catering opportunities.
• Track and motivate stores to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Implement marketing initiatives aimed at increasing customer visits and engagement.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product details and ingredient information.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to uphold the brand's reputation.
• Recruit new employees by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting suitable staff members for various stores.
• Organize staff shifts and supervise real-time employee performance.
• Carry out daily and monthly sales performance evaluations.
• Forecast demand accurately to optimize production schedules.
• Manage fundamental accounting processes and budgeting at the store level.
