Centre Operations Lead

Role Summary

The Centre Operations Lead is accountable for mastering comprehensive management of NxtWave Intensive centers across multiple campuses, ensuring superior execution of academic programs, operational processes, student achievement, and placement outcomes. This position involves leadership over cross-functional groups and the unification of procedures to maintain uniform, high-standard results for students at every location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of center operations spanning the assigned campuses, enforcing standardized procedures, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Lead teams including Program Managers, BOAs, and campus staff by setting clear accountability standards through continuous performance evaluation.
• Facilitate collaboration among Academic, Product, Placement, Support, and Content departments to elevate program delivery and outcomes.
• Oversee monitoring of student attendance, assessments, engagement levels, and learning progression, implementing tailored interventions for students requiring additional support.
• Champion placement activities by coordinating with Placement and Training teams to boost readiness, maintain placement tracking, and cultivate industry partnerships.
• Ensure the daily functioning and readiness of campus infrastructure, and spearhead student engagement events and community-building programs.
• Track operational KPIs and student success metrics to drive informed decision-making, optimize resources, and pursue ongoing process enhancements.

Desired Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required; preference given to MBA holders.
• Professional background in Operations, Program Management, or Academic Leadership is essential.
• Excellent analytical abilities coupled with effective stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and operational dashboards for data monitoring and reporting.
